Hye, today I will share how to get a glowing skin. It a glowing skin not oily or greasy skin. For me have a healthy glowing skin is better than you put so much makeup to cover your acne and blemish. So let's get started:
Your skin need water for hydrating. Always keep track how many glass of water you take per day. It okay to take more than less.
*Get enough sleep
You need to sleep at least 8 hours. This is very important because your skin will repair themselves during your beauty sleep.
*Eat healthy diet
You are what you eat. So, if you want a healthy glowing skin, you need to eat vegetables and fruits. Them also good for your digestive system.
*Do exercise
I know nowadays we are so busy with our daily life routine such as working and studying. But, that is not a excuses for you to not do exercise. Try to find time to do a simple exercise.
*Never sleep with makeup
I know after a long day, what we want to do after come home is sleep. However, you need to clean yours face and apply yours skincare before you sleep. Sleep with makeup will damage yours skin and make them look ageing.
